From 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, Le Blue Rooftop welcomes hotel guests and outside visitors to enjoy a fresh, carefully curated breakfast overlooking the Bay of Le Marin.

Every day, from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM, our gourmet bar invites you to discover Sable Bleu’s signature cocktails.

An invitation to gather over a drink and admire the ever-changing light dancing across the Bay of Le Marin.

Dinner

From Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Le Blue unveils its evening menu.

A refined cuisine inspired by Martinique, celebrating local ingredients with creativity and elegance.

A dining experience to savour overlooking the bay, as night gently falls over Le Marin.
